I am a recent graduate from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and Anthropology. I am currently attending Niagara College’s GIS Geospatial Management Graduate Certificate Program. I have experience dealing with Geographic, Environmental, and Anthropological problem-solving using GIS. My project experience includes: mapping change detection in Alaskan glaciers using remote sensing technology, urban land-use and land-cover type classification, route mapping and transportation analysis, LiDAR point cloud mapping tree canopy, animal habitat and migrations, viewshed analysis for rocky and mountainous terrain, 3D modeling, cartography, and image processing, modeling and analysis. I learn well in the classroom but prefers an outdoor practical approach.
