I am relied on to respond to emergency calls on Lake Ontario weekly. I participate in boat handling, safety, search patterns, navigation, towing, and emergency training. Volunteering with GAMRU has made me a better leader, team-member, and quick decision maker. It also allows me to give back to my community by keeping people safe.
